Join our Standard & Latin practice session for all levels on Sunday 22/2 at 14:30 at
Nydalen Athletica!

There will be instructions at technics relevant for ballroom dances. We go through posture, range of motion, swings (reis and fall). The plan is to use this technics for our basic choreos that have been tought at regular courses during the week. 

We will also take a look on difference between ballroom tango and other ballroom dances (English Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, Quickstep, Veinese Waltz).

In latin dances we will focus on hip rotations, and body weight transfer. We repeat choreos from latin dances this week.

We'll start off with a free intro course of Salsa Linestyle (LA) from 19:00-20:00. Afterwards we'll play music from all our dance styles: salsa, bachata, kizomba, brazilian zouk, boogie woogie, and standard and latin. This party is a great opportunity to practice what you have learnt in class. 

We have affordable prices for members at 45 kr and for non-members at 75 kr!

Vi starter med et gratis introkurs i Salsa Linestyle (LA) fra kl. 19:00-20:00. Etterpå spiller vi musikk fra alle våre dansestiler: salsa, bachata, kizomba, brasiliansk zouk, boogie woogie og standard og latin. Denne festen er en flott mulighet til å øve på det du har lært i timen.

In week 35, we offer free intro courses for all our dance classes!

The classes will be held in the foyer of Eilert Sundts Hus (University of Oslo, Blindern) with the week schedule posted below.  

All classes are held at a beginner level, and you are welcome to try our different classes. You do not need to register beforehand - just show up.
